Transformation
Enhancing operating model and its components to meet your objectives
There are different kinds of transformations. In terms of their complexity, they vary from changing or replacing components of an operating model through changing an operating model to changing a business strategy. Independent of its complexity, a transformation is a project that changes tools that people use and processes that people follow. It may or may not change objectives of what people do. As EMONEO, we are experts on the first two types of transformation with a focus on information technology.

Without changing an operating model, we change its existing IT components. Examples of such transformation include upgrading an operational system, migrating data from one system to another or transitioning a service from one service provider to another. The approach we take is that using our consultancy service we discover the current situation as well as the desired situation and we propose a solution that is a mixture of our other services and solutions and that addresses systems, processes and people impacted by the change. By implementing the solution, we transition your team/department/organization from today to where you want to have it.
You feel like your IT department could better serve its customers? Or it could provide the same service at lower costs? Regardless of whether the department builds and/or runs IT solutions we use our knowledge and experience to discover and review the current operating model and we propose a mixture of provisions to achieve your objective. Examples of the provisions include educating people to better cope with the situations they encounter, deployment of tools to automate work or deployment of a new methodology should the current one not match your objectives. If agreed, we implement what we proposed and deploy a solution to measure the impact.
